Every year the PTA plans events that take place during school hours for students, teachers, and staff, as well as after school hours for the whole family. Below are some events that we are looking forward to planning this year! We will update with dates and more info as we add events to our calendar this school year. We are always looking for these parent volunteers to help out with these events so please check back to sign up when you're available!

September 20, 2024  | Back to school BINGO NIGHT

                           
Get your daubers ready, Bingo Night is back!

FOOD TRUCKS • PIZZA • TREATS • MUSIC • PRIZES

 

Kick off the school year at the PTA sponsored

Back to School BINGO Night on Friday, Sept 20! 

Join us for music, prizes and of course, Bingo!

Doors open at 5:30pm and Bingo will begin at 6:00pm.

 

Weather permitting, the event will take place outside on the blacktop and under the covered pavilion. 

Please bring cash for the concessions! The PTA will be selling pizza by the slice,

light snacks and water and there will also be a snowball truck.

This is a family event and parents are required to stay with their children for the duration of the night.

We hope to see you there!

This event will not be possible without families volunteering to decorate their trunks, donating candies and other treats, and volunteering to assist. Thank you so much for your willingness to help us make this event a success!

 

Students and families are welcome to come in costume and there will be a contest for the best decorated trunk. We can't wait to see you there! 

NOVEMBER 11, 2024  |  DUCK DASH

Welcome to the Biggest Fundraiser of the year! As part of this year's fundraising campaign, our students will participate in a thrilling DASH around the school's grounds.

 

Register and Start Fundraising for the Duck Dash Today!

Fundraising is not required to participate in our Duck Dash event!

 

T-shirt Contest: We are bringing back our student designed Duck Dash t-shirt contest!

Students may submit a design by Friday, October 18. 

The design must include:

Manny or a duck

“2024 MWES Duck Dash”

5 or less colors

Submitted on a 8.5x11 piece of white paper
